2016年3月13日下午，在酒店高管号召及各部门组织下，张家界国际大酒店全体员工齐聚酒店二楼国际会议中心，召开2015年度总结表彰暨2016年度工作动员大会。大会主要为表彰先进，树立典型，提高员工工作积极性，增强酒店团队凝聚力。本着民主、集中的原则，酒店评选除了先进部门2个、先进班组3个、先进个人18名、总经理特别奖20名。
